RCM Global Executive Committee
RCM’s Executive Committee represents all constituents of the firm and is responsible for establishing and implementing RCM’s business strategy as well as reviewing financials and resource allocations. Additionally, the Executive Committee reviews the quality of investment products, sales, client services, operational workflows and assesses operational risk on a regular basis.

Udo Frank
Global CEO (co-chair)
Biographyjoined RCM in 2001. Udo is responsible for the strategic direction of RCM worldwide and the management of the company’s current and long-term business and financial results. He is Chairman of the RCM Global Business Management Group, co-chairs the RCM Executive Committee and is a member of the RCM US Management Committee. Udo is also a member of the Allianz Global Investors Executive Committee. He joined the Allianz Group in 1994 as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Allianz Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH. Prior to joining Allianz, he worked for six years at Deutsche Asset Management GmbH, where he was the Head of the Equities Department from 1992-1994. Udo graduated as an Economist (Dipl. – Volkswirt) from the Universities of Berlin and Saarbrücken, Germany in 1982.

Andreas Utermann
Global CIO (co-chair)
BiographyAndreas Utermann joined RCM in October 2002 as Global CIO and is a board member of Allianz Global Investors AG. As Global CIO of RCM, he is co-chair of the RCM Executive Committee and chairs the firm’s Global Policy Council. Prior to joining, Andreas worked for 12 years at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (formerly Mercury Asset Management), where he was the Global Head and CIO, Equities. Before joining MLIM, Andreas worked for two years at Deutsche Bank AG. He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MA in Economics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Andreas is an Associate of the Institute of Investment Management and Research and is fluent in English, German, French and Dutch.

Raymond Chan
CIO Asia Pacific
BiographyRaymond is responsible for all investment professionals in Asia ex-Japan, reporting to the Global CIO in London, and is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Balanced Investment Committee in Hong Kong. Raymond has overall responsibility for the investment process and performance and is a full member of the Global Equity Team. He has over eighteen years of portfolio management experience in the region and is the lead manager for RCM’s Core Regional (Asia Pacific ex-Japan equity) and Korean equity products. Prior to joining the Group, Raymond was an Associate Director with Barclays Global Investors in Hong Kong and Head of their Greater China team, where he specialized in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan stockmarkets and managed single country and regional portfolios. Raymond’s Hong Kong Fund at Barclays was ranked no. 1 offshore fund in 1997. He is a CFA charterholder and holds an M.A. in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter and a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Durham, UK.

Neil Dwane
CIO Europe
BiographyNeil is our Chief Investment Officer Europe, based in Frankfurt, and is responsible for all portfolio management, research and trading activities in Frankfurt and London. Neil is a member of the London Executive Committee, which has overall responsibility for our London business, and is Chairperson of the European Management Committee, which consists of the most senior investment professionals in Europe. Neil joined RCM in 2001 as Head of UK Management where he had been a UK specialist portfolio manager since 1996. He began his investment career in 1988 with Kleinwort Benson Investment Management as an analyst, later as a fund manager before moving to Fleming Investment Management in 1992. Neil holds a BA in Classics from Durham University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Jacques Garmier
Global Head of Business Services
BiographyJacques joined RCM in 2004 and supports the global CEO and the RCM Executive Committee in formulating, coordinating and implementing global policies and processes for RCM, as well as in planning and controlling financial objectives for our offices worldwide. Prior to joining RCM, Jacques worked for Allianz Global Investors in Germany where he was in charge of controlling the group's European companies. Jacques began his career in the banking sector and held various positions in various countries, heading HR, Operations as well as being the CFO of the Dresdner Bank' subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe. Jacques is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques and holds a Ph.D. in Politics and International Relations from the University of Geneva.

Bob Goldstein

Biographyjoined RCM in 1997. Bob is responsible for the strategic direction of RCM US and the management of the current and long-term business and financial results for the region. He is the Chairman of the RCM US Management Committee and is also a member of the RCM Executive Committee and the RCM Global Business Management Group. Prior to joining RCM, Bob was an associate at the New York, London and Prague offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where his practice primarily focused on cross-border transactions and general corporate matters. He holds a BA from Hobart College and graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review.

Michael D Hooper
Executive Chairman UK
BiographyMichael Hooper is Executive Chairman of RCM’s UK business, and Chairman of RCM’s Global Operations Group. He joined RCM in June 1999 from Henderson Global Investors. In 2002 he became Chief Financial Officer of Allianz Global Investors/RCM and in 2004 became Chief Operating Officer before assuming his current role in April 2006. Previously at Henderson, Mr. Hooper worked in the financial services audit and accountancy practice at KPMG in London from 1989 to 1994. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mark Konyn
CEO Asia Pacific
BiographyMark joined the Group in 1997, Mark is the Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific being responsible for all of RCM’s investment business in the region. He has been based in Hong Kong since 1989, having begun his career in London as a quantitative analyst for the UK's largest institutional investor. Prior to joining the Group, Mark was Head of Institutional Business Development for Fidelity Investments in Hong Kong. Mark has a First Class (Hons.) degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Risk Analysis, and he was a research fellow at University College London. He is a fellow of the Royal Statistical Society and holds a Diploma in Investment Management from the London Business School. Mark is also active as a policy committee member for FT - Actuaries Indices.

Scott Migliori
CIO US
Biographyjoined RCM in 2003 as a Senior Portfolio Manager on the U.S. Large Cap Equity Portfolio Management Team. He is currently the CIO of the firm’s U.S. Large Cap Select Growth and Focused Growth strategies. In 2010, Scott was promoted to CIO of RCM San Francisco, and continues to actively drive the investment process for the Large Cap Select Growth and Focused Growth products. Prior to joining RCM, he was with Provident Investment Counsel, Inc. where he co-managed over $2 billion in large cap growth portfolios and had also served as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst on mid and small cap growth funds. Prior to his investment career, Scott served as a business litigation attorney. He received his BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California, his JD from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, and his MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles. Scott holds a CFA charter.

Roger Miners
Head of Business Development and Client Service
BiographyRoger is a Managing Director and the Head of Business Development & Client Service for RCM based in London. He is a member of the Global Executive Committee, the Global Business Management Group, the UK Board and chairs the Global Sales & Marketing Committee. Roger joined RCM in December 1999 and was previously Global Head of Product Specialists and a member of the Global Equity team where he founded the Global High Alpha strategy, which now represents over $7bn of assets under management. Before joining RCM, he was an Analyst at the British Bankers’ Association. Roger was born in Holland, brought up in Switzerland and educated in England. Roger graduated with a top First (BSc Hons) in business management, and is fluent in French.

Herold Rohweder
CIO Global Systematic
BiographyDr. Herold Rohweder is a managing director and global Chief Investment Officer of RCM Systematic at Allianz Global Investors. He is also a member of the RCM Executive Committee and of the Global RCM Equity Management Group. He began his career as an equity and multi-asset portfolio manager at Allianz in 1989, and initiated the Quantitative Asset Management effort at Allianz Asset Management in 1998. RCM Systematic covers equity, structured equity, multi-asset & absolute return products. Herold Rohweder graduated from Wayne State University with a MA in Economics and received a post-graduate degree in Economics from the University of Kiel.
