RCM believes its commitment to clients is two-fold: strength of product performance combined with excellence in client service. To fulfill this commitment, in the same way that our investment professionals work to ensure our clients’ portfolios are managed to the best of our ability, a dedicated team of client service professionals are assigned to each segregated account to ensure excellence is achieved in client service.
At RCM we recognize that clients have differing needs and therefore a range of client service levels are available, from full service segregated or institutional pooled accounts to direct unit holder status. Each option enables our clients to access our investment products in the way that is most appropriate to them.
Client service teams are located regionally to offer local knowledge and understanding with international relationship managers responsible for ensuring coordination for multi-regional clients.
