We believe that to provide excellence in investment management, we need to offer high quality, well-managed products in conjunction with excellence in client servicing.

RCM's London-based Institutional Client Service team is responsible for providing a full range of client service to our Institutional Clients; from initial take-on and funding, to ongoing administrative and investment support. The team covers all UK clients and also supports those invested in products managed by the Global Equity, Sustainability Research, and UK Equity teams, which are located in our London office.

Our approach to institutional client servicing is to provide our clients with a service that fits their need, as described by them. We offer a tailored service and a range of support levels, from direct unit holder to large institutional pooled fund and entirely bespoke segregated account management and determine that level based primarily on client demand, rather than asset size.

In a fast moving world, clients require prompt responses and easy access to up to date information. To facilitate this, each segregated and institutional pooled fund client is not only allocated a dedicated Client Director and Client Administrator but also a dedicated support to each of those functions; thereby clients are, at all times, able to contact a named individual who is familiar with their account.

The Institutional Client Service team is led by Bibi Tabisim. Bibi is Head of Client Servicing and has been with RCM since 2006, when she joined from F&C Investments. Bibi has extensive experience of working with clients and believes that excellence in client service is built on developing strong and proactive relationships at all levels of an organisation.

In addition to our standard client servicing packages, which include reporting, reconciliation, and periodic investment review meetings we also provide:
