RCM’s Management Committee represents all constituents of the firm and is responsible for establishing and implementing RCM’s business strategy as well as reviewing financials and resource allocations. Additionally, the Management Committee reviews the quality of investment products, sales, client services, operational workflows and assesses operational risk on a regular basis.

Udo Frank
Global CEO
Biographyjoined RCM in 2001. Udo is responsible for the strategic direction of RCM worldwide and the management of the company’s current and long-term business and financial results. He is Chairman of the RCM Global Business Management Group, co-chairs the RCM Executive Committee and is a member of the RCM US Management Committee. Udo is also a member of the Allianz Global Investors Executive Committee. He joined the Allianz Group in 1994 as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Allianz Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH. Prior to joining Allianz, he worked for six years at Deutsche Asset Management GmbH, where he was the Head of the Equities Department from 1992-1994. Udo graduated as an Economist (Dipl. – Volkswirt) from the Universities of Berlin and Saarbrücken, Germany in 1982.

Bob Goldstein
CEO US
Biographyjoined RCM in 1997. Bob is responsible for the strategic direction of RCM US and the management of the current and long-term business and financial results for the region. He is the Chairman of the RCM US Management Committee and is also a member of the RCM Executive Committee and the RCM Global Business Management Group. Prior to joining RCM, Bob was an associate at the New York, London and Prague offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where his practice primarily focused on cross-border transactions and general corporate matters. He holds a BA from Hobart College and graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review.

Scott Migliori
CIO US
Biographyjoined RCM in 2003 as a Senior Portfolio Manager on the U.S. Large Cap Equity Portfolio Management Team. He is currently the CIO of the firm’s U.S. Large Cap Select Growth and Focused Growth strategies. In 2010, Scott was promoted to CIO of RCM San Francisco, and continues to actively drive the investment process for the Large Cap Select Growth and Focused Growth products. Prior to joining RCM, he was with Provident Investment Counsel, Inc. where he co-managed over $2 billion in large cap growth portfolios and had also served as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst on mid and small cap growth funds. Prior to his investment career, Scott served as a business litigation attorney. He received his BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California, his JD from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, and his MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles. Scott holds a CFA charter.
