Fundamental research
We have over 60 career analysts organised on a global basis by sector and industry. By working in this way, specialised expertise is developed in each sector. The analysts work as global teams to ensure comprehensive coverage. Our fundamental research focuses on both qualitative as well as quantitative analysis. This includes face-to-face meetings with companies – each analyst conducts an average of 100 meetings per year. We believe our ability as a global asset manager to meet companies on a one-to-one basis gives us a competitive advantage critical to assessing the quality and the key drivers of individual stocks.
